Important client update from Monday 9 October
We are thrilled to announce that our practice will be undergoing some exciting renovation work to update our reception area and renovation of our existing consultation rooms.
To make this possible, our practice will undergo some important development work starting Monday 9 October, which means the way you access our practice and services might differ from normal. Please bear with us over the next few months while we work hard to renovate our practice.
During the renovation, our reception area will be inaccessible. If you have an appointment, please ring the Vets Now bell, which will be clearly signposted. You will be given a buzzer that will notify you of your appointment, and we ask that you wait in your car until called.
For everyone’s safety, you will be escorted to a consultation room. In some cases, your appointment may be conducted in the car park.
If you are picking up medication, please call ahead so that we can have your pet’s medication ready for you.
In advance, we apologise for any inconvenience the work may cause and remain open and committed to providing outstanding care for all our patients and clients and look forward to showing you to refurbished practice soon.
