Paul Dobson

Veterinary Surgeon

Qualifications: I qualified from Bristol Uni Vet School in 2007 and have been part of the Cathcart and Winn team since the end of 2023, having worked in small animal practice throughout my career, including a lengthy spell in rescue medicine with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.

Interests at work: As a 'consult only' vet I enjoy interacting daily with all of our clients and their pets, whilst harbouring a medicine interest including cardiology, dermatology, and imaging. I also enjoy teaching and supporting students we assist with placements throughout the year.

Interests out of work: I usually find myself as busy out of work as in it, primarily coaching an array of young kids football locally, as well as volunteering for a charity on a weekly basis who support kids struggling within school. With two young children also, my wife and I fill our days with fun outdoor activities.

Pets: We have two troublesome ginger cats called Eric and Ernie!
